I'm apologetically committed to the pursuit of the perfect relationship. I don't care if it's what the world wants or says is perfect; just the perfect mutual connection between me and another. The pursuit of someone who is willing to work out the little things so they don't become big. The pursuit of finding someone who sees the finish line and accepts the challenges to find our way there. The pursuit of the perfect relationship that understands there will be days that aren't as pleasant as the rest, but the love will continue to grow from there. The pursuit of someone who will not leave when a storm comes, rather reach in closer to weather the storm out. There is no 'perfect' situation unscathed by storms and storms aren't always there to demolish what's in their path. Some storms are there to bring you close; I'm in the pursuit of being closer with you. Where are you?
